Amy has the patience of a saint, she is slow to anger and always looks for a reasonable solution and teaching opportunity for our son, and more often me. One Christmas she made a gingerbread house from scratch with Sean, and she made me promise to never let her do it again as it strained the limits of her patience. The next Christmas they made another! Amy is full of creative ideas, from big boy room design to landscaping to digital scrapbooks to chalkboard painted walls, she pushes my home improvement skills to new levels. She made bumble bee cake pops for Sean's Winnie the Pooh birthday that were awesome! Amy loves being a Mom and it shows, Sean has confidence and manners, he is inquisitive and adventurous. Amy is loving without being overprotective. She lets Sean try new things and creates an environment where he can try and fail or succeed... but in the end still have fun and learn. What else can I say? She's my best friend!
